Grab yourself some bargain pot plants for spring planting and support our Douglas Vale charity at the same time. Lovingly propagated by our friendly volunteers who are on hand to help you choose the right plants. Spruce up your garden with a variety on new plants including succulents, bromeliads, coleus, cacti and may more.

Come along and enjoy our renowned Devonshire Tea while listening to Port’s own Ukes Band. You can sit in the Wine House and watch the Ukes or relax in the Oyster Bar with Ukes in the background, or even in the gardens. Devonshire Tea with instant coffee or tea $10. Devonshire tea including a barista coffee for only $12…a great deal! Devonshire scones on their own $8. Join us at Douglas Vale Historic Homestead & Vineyard in the heart of Port Macquarie for the Plant Trail Sale — part of the national Garage Sale Trail on 7–8 & 14–15 November! Experience the nostalgic charm of Douglas Vale as you explore our range of home‑grown plants, herbs, and succulents lovingly cultivated by our volunteers. They’ll be on hand to help you choose the perfect additions for your garden. While you’re here, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and take home a bottle to unwind after a day of planting.

Come and join us for a fun Australia Day on Tuesday, 26th January 2027. Enjoy an Aussie breakfast of egg and bacon rolls or sausage sandwiches with entertainment by local musicians. There’s plenty of kid’s activities and lots of space to run around, while the adults can enjoy our wines from the only vineyard in Australia totally run by volunteers. Entry is $5 per adult and the kids are free. We have seating and tables, but you are welcome to bring your own comfy chairs or picnic blanket and even well-behaved dogs on a leash.
